Calendar Day Calculation:

• For outstation trips, one calendar day is considered as 24 hours from 00:00 Hrs to 23:59 Hrs.

• An additional buffer time of 4-5 hours is provided for travel to and from Bangalore. Usage beyond this buffer will be charged as an extra day at the applicable 300 Kms rental rate.

Driver Batta:

• Day Driver Batta (6 AM to 10 PM), Early Morning Batta (00:00 Hrs to 06:00 Hrs), and Late Night Batta (22:00 Hrs to 23:59 Hrs) are applicable based on the time of day.

• Night Driver Batta is only charged if driving occurs between 10 PM and 6 AM.

Customer DO’s and DON’Ts:

• No smoking or drinking of alcoholic beverages is permitted inside the cabs.

• Avoid loud music, rash driving, and rushing during the journey.

• Our cabs are strictly driver-driven; self-driving is not allowed under any circumstances.

• Customers are expected to treat drivers with respect and refrain from requesting tasks beyond driving without their consent.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled trip will receive a full refund.

• No refund will be provided for cancellations within 12 hours of the trip or for no-shows.

Cab Breakdown:

• In the event of a breakdown during the trip, customers may temporarily close the trip.

• Replacement cabs may be provided based on availability to ensure minimal disruption to the journey.

Booking Policy & Trip Settlements:

• Bookings must be confirmed with an advance payment via online payment methods, cash, or bank transfer.

• Settlements for trip charges should be made immediately post-trip closure; credit arrangements are not permitted.

ODO Meter & Hours Usage:

• For outstation rentals, the odometer reading counts from office-to-destination-to-office.

• Local rentals are calculated based on office-to-office kilometers, with the timer starting from the customer’s initial pickup point.

Communication with Drivers:

• Customers are encouraged to keep drivers informed about travel plans and destinations.

• Follow drivers’ local insights and recommendations for a smoother and more enjoyable journey experience.

Inter-State Permits:

• Inter-state permits are mandatory for trips crossing state borders.

• Customers are responsible for obtaining necessary permits and covering associated fees and waiting time.
